Founder Sarona Farrell is originally from Hawaii and now lives in Philadelphia, continuing to work with couples planning weddings in both locations.

Sarona Farrell is the founder and lead wedding planner behind glōweddings, a wedding planning company based in Philadelphia serving couples in Philadelphia, Hawaii, and destination locations beyond. Originally from Hawaii, Sarona describes herself as “a Hawaii-girl living the city life in Philly.” Her planning style combines Hawaiian hospitality and warmth with an organized, detail-oriented approach to wedding planning.

Before transitioning into the wedding industry, Sarona worked as a professional singer and performer. She holds a master’s degree in music and toured internationally throughout her music career. According to glōweddings, her experience included winning a Grammy, performing on television, and singing on movie soundtracks.

Sarona shares that many of the skills developed throughout her music career translated naturally into wedding planning, including:
